Summary: The house was spacious and located in walking distance to many restaurants and convenience stores. The surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy with homeless and other people, and we also think we heard a few gunshots. This is to no fault of the unit owner. The house was mostly clean. The towels need to be upgraded to a higher quality, and the water pressure needs to be worked on in most of the showers. There were stains on the couches and the Biden e of many “half assed” repairs in the unit. It’s a rental so I understand not providing top quality, but there’s much more that can be done to make the stay more enjoyable.
